Über mich / about me

Ich bin Michael Wiese – und ich brenne für Elektronische Musik. Meine Mixe sind mal chilig mal tough, aber immer tanzbar und voller Energie. Ich fühle mich zuhause in den Genres Techno, Hypnotic Techno und House, schaue aber immer auch links und rechts davon. 
Ich nutze (fast) ausschließlich mein iPad und Logic Pro sowie fürs Mixen Djay Pro von Algiriddim plus Reloop Mixtour Pro. Als Kopfhörer nutze ich den DT 770 Studio von beyerdynamic. 
Ich bin außerdem Unternehmer und betreibe ein Yogastudio in Leverkusen Schlebusch (YogaYa). Aus meiner Leidenschaft fürs Denken habe ich einen 89-teiligen Podcast zur Yoga-Philosophie des Patañjali veröffentlicht, den Du auch auf meinem Soundcloud-Profil und auf allen üblichen Plattformen findest.
Musik, insbesondere Techno, hilft mir, hinter die Gedanken zu kommen und einen Raum zu öffnen, den ich mir sonst nicht erschließen kann. Ganz im Yoga-Sinne: Peace of mind (Yoga citta vrtti nirodha)

About me
I’m Michael Wiese – and I’m passionate about electronic music. My mixes are sometimes chill, sometimes tough, but always danceable and full of energy. I feel at home in Techno, Hypnotic Techno, and House genres, but I always look left and right beyond them.
I use (almost) exclusively my iPad with Logic Pro for production and Djay Pro by Algoriddim for mixing, paired with the Reloop Mixtour Pro. My go-to headphones are the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Studio.
I’m also an entrepreneur and founder of YogaYa in Leverkusen-Schlebusch. From my passion for philosophy, I’ve created an 89-episode podcast on Patañjali’s Yoga philosophy – available here on my SoundCloud profile and all major platforms.
Music, especially Hypnotic Techno, helps me go beyond thought and open spaces I couldn’t access otherwise. In true Yoga spirit: Peace of mind (Yoga citta vrtti nirodha).
